交谈时先说自己了解到对方做什么，然后介绍自己的背景，再说了解到对方公司又什么职位，觉得自己很合适，对这个职位也很感兴趣，想应聘。如果现在没有相关职位，能不能留个联系方式之后有职位的时候方便联系 (如果应聘者没有带名片，问他们是否介意写下来，准备好纸和笔）,24小时之内 follow up
要说：
´I know your company is doing xxx, and my background is xx. I found xx positions opens recently and I am very interested
´I know your company is doing xxx, and my background is xx. I do not find any openings right now, can I follow up with you if any in the future?
当时最好问清他们会不会sponsor H1B，如果不行，以免后续花费不必要的经历。
